Butcher Day

This weekend was an action packed adventure of slaughtering, scraping and butchering 2 of our prized pigs. 

Friends and neighbors joined in the celebration of Farm to Table. 

You can take the girl out of the city, but you can't take the city out of the girl.  Connecting with our heritage and exploring our past traditions while Nicole talks to her therapist....

Luckily we had 2 great chefs close at hand...
